Responsibilities:
● Minimum 5 years prior proven sales record in produce industry a plus. ● Proactively create additional sales with new and existing customers for the Sales Department. ● Recommend improvements to existing Sales Manual to accelerate training process and sales territory plans. ● Train Sales Associates with problem solving skills to resolve customer related issues to maintain customer loyalty. ● Provide day-to-day guidance to Sales Associates as needed. ● Identify new customers through networking and territory research initiatives. ● Research market price, competitor's products and product success to recommend product and pricing plans. ● Develop relationships with internal departments and collaborate with other sales team members. ● Develop and rollout innovative sales strategies to improve department sales goals.
Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, economics or related field is required. ● Ability to travel from time to time. ● Minimum 5 years of experience working in sales is required. ● Must have effective interpersonal skills that demonstrate ability to work and get along with customers, peers, and business partners.● Knowledge and ability to use basic software systems such as Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook with knowledge in FAMOUS a plus. ● Strong negotiation and sales skills is required. ● Proven track record of achieving sales quotas. ● Excellent verbal and written communication. ● Bilingual candidates a plus (e.g., Fluency in Korean, Chinese or Spanish)

● Obtain new business and monitor sales support systems to ensure business retention.
● Manage day-to-day contact with existing customers, maintain a constant flow of ESU products for each customer at a price that meets or exceeds given goals.
● Collaborate with internal sourcing team and new potential suppliers for optimal procurement strategy.
● Develop relationships with internal teams and collaborate with other sales team members and executives.
● Identify and strategically pursue industry trends in fast-growing segments.
● Track and analyze customer sales history and purchasing trends.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree is required.
● Ability to travel up to 50% domestic and international.
● 2 to 3 years of experience working in sales is required.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with CEO and Directors to ensure that company-wide operation is efficient and effective
Direct Accounting Department activities, such as accounts payable, billings & collections, and payroll
Analyze, apply and improve policies, procedures, controls and most methodologies
Advance Accounting Department initiatives, such as software and systems implementation and other departmental or firm-wide improvements, as needed, with research, planning and implementation
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual close of income statement and balance sheet, account reconciliations
Flexible in completing tasks beyond formal job responsibilities
Manage the creation of and monthly monitoring of the annual budget and forecasts
Assure ESU expectations are met by reviewing deliverables
Present monthly financial reports to CEO and Executive Team
Ensure timely payment collection by driving the timing for monthly billing and other cash management techniques
Earlier experience within similar industry highly preferred (produce industry, warehouse and logistics)
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including as a Controller preferred
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities
Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel & QuickBooks
Experience working in a dynamic and growing company environment a plus
Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and ability to build as well as deliver effective presentations
Accomplished in analytical, quantitative and social skills
Excellent technology, analytics and management experience required
Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines
Who You Are:
CPA or MBA preferred
5+ years accounting role experience with managerial experience in scope; produce industry experience a plus
Advanced understanding of accounting principles and procedures
Advanced technical skills (not limited to Excel, Quickbooks and FAMOUS)

Photographing and archiving new product samples.
Working closely with the Sales Team in order to develop visually appealing logos for branding.
Stay abreast of social media marketing strategies.

Track inbound vessels from arrival at Ports to release.
Coordinate with customs broker, centralized examination stations, truck carriers and warehouse facilities to ensure prompt movement of containers.
Evaluate and negotiate truck carriers rates to reduce cost for ESU.
Track all cargo status and communicate with internal teams about delay, payments, delivery schedule and arrival schedule.
Perform daily warehouse inventory, conduct investigations of suspected out-of-balance items and make corrections to inventory.
Process repack orders as requested by the Sales Team and promptly update inventory records.
Record and document rejection details with quantity shipped and returned.

Providing technical support to users who are experiencing problems with their computers or software applications
Identifying and implementing ways to increase productivity and efficiency in the workplace by using new technologies
Monitoring employees’ computer use to ensure that they are following company policies regarding Internet usage or software installation
Managing and maintaining computer networks, including troubleshooting problems when they occur
Performing regular backups to ensure that data is protected from computer crashes or natural disasters such as fires or floods that may occur in the building where the information is stored
Training employees on how to use computer programs that are new to them or helping them solve computer problems as needed
Providing information technology support for an organization’s computer systems, including hardware and software troubleshooting and repair
Working with management to create a strategic plan for using new technologies to improve operations within the organization
Coordinating with other departments to ensure that they are using the latest technology tools
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT related field is required.
Skilled in MS 365 Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, and outlook as a must).
Active Directory (Users & Computers, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS).
Experience with ERP is a plus (Prefer Famous ERP Experience).
Experience with Windows and Mac OS.
LAN and WAN Technology.
